Dr. Hubert Reyes is a board-certified expert in aesthetic medicine, wellness, and primary care, known for delivering natural, lasting results through advanced, evidence-based treatments. As Medical Director of Glow Aesthetic Medicine & Wellness, he specializes in hair restoration, skin rejuvenation, body contouring, and hormone optimization using the latest techniques in regenerative medicine.
With over 20 years of experience, Dr. Reyes also leads Medisphere Medical Research Center as Medical Director and Principal Investigator, conducting clinical trials that drive innovation in healthcare and improve quality of life.
Julie is a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) with a passion for promoting mental health and enhancing natural beauty. She provides compassionate psychiatric care and specializes in aesthetic procedures, particularly PDO thread lifting and aesthetic injectables. Julie believes beauty is not just skin deep, valuing the connection between mental health and physical appearance. She’s committed to creating a safe, supportive environment and staying current with trends in psychiatry and aesthetic medicine.
Gina Smith is a board-certified nurse practitioner specializing in family medicine and aesthetics. She graduated with her Bachelor’s in Science of Nursing from Murray State University in 2012 and her Master of Science in Nursing from Eastern Kentucky University in 2017. She has been practicing as a Registered Nurse for over 20 years. Gina earned her BioTE hormone replacement therapy certification in December 2024 and is currently accepting new patients.
Melissa Hayden is a highly skilled Licensed Esthetician in Kentucky and Indiana with over 24 years of experience. As a Certified MediEsthetics Specialist and Laser Skin Care Specialist at Glow Aesthetic Medicine and Wellness, she offers advanced skincare and aesthetic treatments. She’s a member of the American Society for Laser Medicine & Surgery since 2012 and a Licensed Instructor. Her specialties include Laser Hair Removal, Erbium Laser Resurfacing, NeoGraft Hair Restoration, CoolSculpting, Radio Frequency, EmSculpt, Dermaplaning, Microneedling, Chemical Peels, and more. She is also well-versed in PCA, Avene, Nutrafol, and Face Reality skincare lines.
Kylie is a licensed esthetician with nearly two years of hands-on experience. She’s certified in dermaplaning, microdermabrasion, Biote hormone pelleting, HydraFacial, CoolSculpting, PCA skincare, and the VI Peel. Kylie is also a Face Reality Acne Expert. Her goal is to deliver personalized treatments that help clients feel confident and comfortable in their skin.
Honey is a certified esthetician passionate about skincare, beauty, and wellness. She holds advanced certifications in facial peels, dermaplaning, and CoolSculpting. Honey offers personalized, results-driven skincare treatments and prioritizes client education. Her services blend expertise, technique, and a luxury experience to ensure clients feel radiant, confident, and cared for.

Tanika holds an Associate of Applied Science in Medical Assisting and a certification as a Fitness and Nutrition Specialist (ACE FNS). She earned her Bachelor of Applied Science from Indiana University Online and is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Human Genetics and Genomics. Her diverse background bridges healthcare, wellness, and cutting-edge genetic research.
