Scheduling Fee

To confirm your desired appointment, a credit card is required on file at the time of booking to guarantee your reservation. If the appointment is missed, the $25.00 fee will be applied and charged in your credit card to the cancellation, rescheduling and no show fee (unless 24 hour notice is given). 

 

Rescheduling/Cancellation Policy

If you need to reschedule or cancel, please contact us 24 hours in advance of your scheduled time. All rescheduling/cancellations with less than 24 hours notice including no shows are subject to a $25.00 fee, or a deduction to your gift certificate/card. This courtesy enables us to compensate our employees for their time, and maintains a higher availability of our time for you as well as others. Patients arriving more than 10 minutes late may result in a shortened appointment or a cancellation if there is not enough time to complete the procedure. You will be charged the $25.00 cancellation fee if your appointment is rescheduled or cancelled due to late arrival. By scheduling an appointment, you are agreeing to our rescheduling/cancellation policy. 

 

Appointment Policy

Arriving late will deprive you of valuable treatment time.  To avoid delaying the next guest, your treatment will end on time and you will be responsible for the full treatment cost. Arriving more than 10 minutes late may result in cancellation and $25.00 cancellation fee. We encourage you to schedule two weeks in advance to reserve the most convenient time for your schedule. All new clients please arrive 10 to 15 minutes early for appointments to allow time for completing consent forms, or other paperwork, using the bathroom, etc.

 

Front Desk Policy

All children under the age of 15 must be supervised by an adult at all times. Only guest with appointment is allowed inside the treatment room unless minor.

 

Return Policy

Some unopened products may be returned within 14 days of purchase with receipt. Treatment series, packages and gift certificates, gift cards are non-refundable. 

Gift Certificate Policy

Gift certificates are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash or gratuities. If 24- hour cancellation or reschedule notice is not given, $25 fee will be deducted from the value of the gift card. 

 

Treatment Expiration

Wellness injection/IV packages must be used within 3 months. All other service packages and pre-paid treatments (except Laser Hair Removal) must be used within 6 months of date of purchase or they will expire.  Laser Hair Removal must be used within 18 months of date of purchase or they will expire. 

 

Complimentary Spa  Expiration (Specials)

Less than 2 business days cancellations or no-show appointments will remove complimentary treatment from the account. Complimentary services credit expire 6 months after the issue date, have no cash value and non-transferrable. 

 

NSF/Returned Check Policy

Returned checks will incur a $25.00 return check fee.

 

Treatment Outcomes

We will be honest in all our dealings with you. Aesthetics is not an exact science and how you may respond to a given treatment will vary from person to person. It is virtually impossible to predict results and therefore payments made for services are for treatments to be performed — not for a specific result. However, we always strive to achieve the absolute best result that we can for you. Thank you for allowing us to serve you!

End-users consent to receive messages by opting in via an online form, including but not limited to: a lead form on Facebook and a web form on https://glowaestheticmd.com/pages/contact. In all forms they are clearly giving their consent to be contacted by phone, SMS, or email.
